The Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering is committed to creating an experiential learning experience for students of all levels. Scholarships & Student Success: Scholarships provide critical financial support to UNLV Engineering students as they progress through their education to graduation. Annually, the college distributes about $500,000 in scholarships to students thanks to the generous support of our donors.
Make Mine Senior Design:
Support student innovation by giving to Senior Design. A capstone of every engineering student’s academic experience, the Fred & Harriet Cox Senior Design Competition encourages students to use everything they have learned in college to plan, design and build a real-world solution for an engineering or computer science challenge. Your gift will help students purchase supplies to build prototypes and support the competition.
Feed an Engineer:
More than 50 Engineering students encounter a daily food crisis. Our Feed an Engineer Program helps us to tackle food insecurity and support our students with their most basic needs. When our student's aren't worrying about where their next meal is coming from, they can better focus on achieving their goals.
Advanced Engineering Building: We welcomed students into our new building this fall, marking the next era in the College of Engineering. With flexible collaboration space, state of the art labs, and a maker space, partner with us as we expand experiential learning and student success initiatives through our new AEB Programmatic Fund.
